okay i have no clue about percentages so i was wondering i just took a test 121 questions i think i missed 20 does any one know what my percent would be?

Here's how you get the percentage.
P = 100 * N/T %
where P is the percentage, N is a number that represents the part of the whole, and T is the number that represents the whole.
P = 100 * (121-20) / 121
P = 100 * .835
P = 83.5%
The previous answerers did not mention that you have to multiply by 100 to get the final percentage. Also, you should not have more than 3 digits in your answer, since there are only 3 significant digits in the input numbers (101 and 121).

"what" means variable (ex: what number = x)
"of" means multiply
"is" means equal
