im trying to download music have i forgotten something i did load the disc and done the syncrinizeation and everything please help

My k800i is also temperamental.
If you are having to use the awful disc2phone software, then you are best loading it up BEFORE plugging in the phone - works better that way.

I have a K750i too, when 1st bought my laptop I had same problem. But phone went for repair of charger connection - has been fine since. Very frustrating though, used to drive me crazy!

if you are connecting by infra red, sometimes the range isn't too good. try moving your phone closer
