ok, so its a project i have to do for english class... i need some simple quotes, for example: a penny saved is a penny earned, and for me taht means if
you use your money wisely, you wont waste your money in a stupid way, yea get the point, but please any quote, then after it can you give like a little discription on what u think it means.

Sounds like you need cliches...I thought of a song with lots of them so I'm copying the lyrics here...but you have to pick them out and figure out what they mean.
