What is your favorite item to write with? pens, pencils, machanical pencils, other?

I prefer using fine point pens. The clicky ones, but I do find it more intelligent to use pencils for math [mechanical ones].

So I choose pens as my first choice and mechanical pencils as my back-up answer.

It all depends. When I do math, I need to use a pencil (preferably mechanical). I usually use pen for sudoku (gets really messy). For everything else, I use pen.

I like to use mechanical pencils (which i call "clickies") because they're convenient; you can erase with them (unlike a pen) and you don't have to sharpen them (unlike a pencil), BUT I really love using soft lead pencils b/c they write neat....i like the way they write.

it all depends - I love pencils to work on Sudoku - but when I worked I loved pens. The papermate medium point was one of my cheap favorites or the gel pens.

It depends on what I am working on.

Letters is usually pens
Work sheets is usually mEchanical pencils
chalk boards = chalk
flip charts = Magic Markers
white boards = dry ink makers

Not sure what this has to do with Math

Pens...I cannot stand the scratchy sound a pencil makes...

Pencils (good old fashion wood ones, not the mechanical ones)
With a perfect sharp point they are the best!
I loooove them to make lists.........

well..i'm in highschool, so mechanical pencils are a must..and i like pink and purple pens as well.
