any ideas for any type of dress. not prom dresses but a dress that is young, has class, light colors, and a type of dress that would compliment my body type. and i have medium bulid but im not fat. or just what designer name should i look for?

you should wear a tight but not too tight of a dress. It has to have a slit in the side or back. Maybe you should try differnt colors for your skin tone. Stay with high end dept. stores to be safe. Choose a color that is flattering on you. What color do you get most complements when wearing? Try on dresses you don't necessarily love when you first see them. That's the trick. Sometime you will fall in love with a dress because of the way it fits you. Have your hair professionally done, pick out some great accessories and you will look incredible.

Halters have been done so many times!! Try an empire waisted dress that falls mid calf that is either strapless or with thick straps. Go with one that is black with pretty details like a ribbon under the bust and subtle beading. I know you want a light color, but saturated and deep colors tend to exude class.Good colors would be burgandy, rich purple, emerald green, and a bronzey color.

you sound like me......halter top is the key.... get a dress that has a halter for the neck line......dont do white ,....... gold is nice ....everyone likes gold lol.... and they would be more likely to love the color then what it look like on you i have alot of curves and i love my halter tops cause they porportion mah wavy butt out
