How do you get the bleach stains off dishes in the dishwasher? I have them especially bad on my glassware! Is there something you can put in the dishwasher? I have tried Jetdry. Doesn't work. Is there a household secret ingredient to this????

I'm not sure that what you have is "bleach stains", since bleach does not stain -- it removes color. If what you have are spots or crusty areas that are not being removed by JetDry, try the link below. JetDry will not remove the spots *once they are already there*. You must remove them first, then JetDry will keep them away.

You may have hard water that is causing this problem and the link will give you hints on how to remove the spots. Once they are off, using JetDry thereafter and making sure you run the dry cycle on your dishwasher should help the problem. I use ElectraSol Tabs with the JetDry already in them & we have really hard water and it works GREAT!

Good luck & hope this helps!

I believe JetDry is for hardwater--to keep the deposits from drying like spots, but it sounds like you're referring to detergent buildup. Have you tried the dishwasher bullets?
