I would like to know what this has to do with conceiving a baby.
I would guess that you would type in that address into the To: section of your e-mail.
Type your message into the body of your email and then hit send. Then you wait for Bruce to get back to you.
I hope it helps with conceiving a baby.

go to your email click on create click in the to bar bruce@telus.net then start typing your message below and click send its quite simple
