The Relic - 5/5
Reliquary - 5/5
Mount Dragon - 5/5
Cabinet of Curiosities - 5/5
Brimstone - 5/5
Dance of Death 5/5
(can you see where I'm going here!)
Still Life with Crows 5/5
Book of Death - 5/5

All of them involve "Special Agent Pendergrast", probably one of the best characters I've ever come across. The Relic is based on the film the Relic, but the film does no justice to the book. All have been written in conjunction with Lincoln Child. One he did on his own was Tyrannosaur Canyon - another excellent read, but only a 4/5.

Relic, Reliquary and Mount Dragon should really be read in order as they follow through. The others seem to touch on the stories of the first three, but they can be read in any order without missing any important information.

I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.

Are you talking about the same Douglas Preston that writes with Lincoln Child? If so all their books are rally good, with the exception of Ice Limit and the sequel to that, I can't remember the name. They are better writers together than they are apart.
