mole fraction can be derived from weight percent, by taking the weight percent divided by 100.

63%/100%=0.63
37%/100%=0.37

You need to know the molar mass of each component.

Assume 100 grams of material, so that the weight of one component is x g and the other is 100-x g.

Moles of each will be mass/molar mass. Add the number of moles together and then determine the fraction of each, as moles/total # of moles.
