she is 5'7" and 120 lbs, in good shape, B cup... no idea about sizes...

a small...i'm the same..smalls are kinda tight but fitted mediums are just lose..

Well it all depends on the style of the shirt and how she likes her clothes to fit (tight or loose). I would say go with a small or medium. A medium would probably be better because if it is a bit too big, she could probably shrink it (again, depending on what type of shirt it is and the fabric). I would stick with a cotton shirt if you are buying her this because cotton can be shrunk if it is a bit too big. Sizes also vary among different brands. Some brands' idea of a small is A LOT different that others.
I'd say a medium is your best bet.

I would guess a medium, hold the shirt up an look at it as if it was on her, OR .. you could just Fold her Clothes or hang some stuff up in her Closet an look at a tag while you there !!!

Instead of trying to figure out what size she wears, why not just look at the tag of one? You know what bra size she wears, so just look at the tag of a shirt that fits her nice and go from there?!?

medium size would be good. although each brand maybe diff. use your best judgement. does she wear clothes fitted or loose? if fitted go for a size small if she wants it a little looser go for the medium

Definitly a small. Look for something with a little bit of stretch in it too, so incase it's a little snug it will still fit good.

Either a small or a medium. Definitely don't get larger then that or she will take it as an insult.
