Can someone help me find the molecular weights of B Lymphocytes, Vaccine virus, gamma globulin, and ribozyme?

I can't find the molecular weights anywhere.

Thanks

That's because these biological materials are not all single molecules, per se. Many of them are complexes of macromolecules, so there's no specific material to determine a specific MW for.

But I'm a chemist, not a biologist, so I may be mistaken.

Those weights are so large as to be expressed not in amu, but kilodaltons (1 kd=1000amu). Keep looking. You will likely get approximate numbers, which vary with conformation and mutations.

You need correct chemical formulae for all of these. If & when you get those, you can calculate molecular weights with no problem.
