Depends on what the issue is.

I set my own appointments, make my own calls, do my own system.

When it comes to the big things, the decisions are made for me.

I'm hoping to change that soon, though.

At work I would love to make the decisions, because we have some of the worst management I have ever worked under. If I made the decisions life would be better for all around here. Although I say what I feel - it usually doesn't matter. They are just jealous because I am a better business person then they are. ;-)

I make about 1/2 of the decisions being made. The other half is because I have no idea how much money would be gained or lost if it worked or did not work out. LOL

I am self employed so I make alot of the decisions, best idea I ever had.

It depends,I have a small travelling business,go from renfaire to renfaire.And there I AM the boss,also all the employees.
I can set prices on a whim,etc.

At work I am like super lackey, with no authority whatsoever. I guess thats what happens when you take a job just for money

if it is big time decision making they make them if it is small time i make them
