I understand that the legal limit for singapore customs is 1 wine, 1 liquor and 4 beers for every travellor

Is it permissable to bring to bring in this items through customs if they have not been purchased in duty free shops?

Well this was cute to know! However it's not enough liquor for me! You haven't said one thing about Grey Goose, Jack Daniels or Seagrams. Meaning: Vodka, Whiskey or Gin! Oh and let's not forget the chasers; Cranberry Juice, Cola; and Ginger Ale.

So what country will allow me to have these things with no questions asked? A M E R I C A!

Yes, but you probably got to declare them to customs and see if they is any tax payable.

Note: They are real good with scanners and reading body language. Better to declare and pay up like a good boy than go through some body search.

you can bring in your limit through customs, even if you didnt pay the taxes on it. thats the point. now if you buy a car over seas, then youll have to pay taxes on it.
