Almost anytime you say mean things u regret it, eventually. A spoken word is something you can never take back and is never forgotten, so we ALL need to think before we speak.

Yes I said something mean and it was saying something mean to a friend's friend and I didn't regret what I said to her cause she was mean to me first!

I think everyone does occasionally. Something my mother told me shortly after I got married was that no matter how mad you get watch what you say, because you cannot take it back no matter how hard you try. Words can last a lifetime.

yeah, when I was like, 12, I told my mom I hated her while I was hugging her. That was mean, and I try to make up for it every day
