I work with MaryKay and it is pretty simple for you. Just pick a foundation that matches your skin color exactly...no darker or lighter. then find a powder that is the same or lighter. You don;t want to powder to be darker because it will make those awful lines on your face. best thing is to use the tips of your fingers to rub the foundation in. just apply the loose powder then add your lipstick and whatelse....people today don't wear blush so, just go fo a natural look. if your skin tone is dark..i would just suggest using a powder to give a fresh look on some days and mostly at night. that makes your skin look flawless and natural without looking all caked on. use a lipgloss for those days and WHAM!! you don't have to fuss that much about it.
Good luck..visit me at marykay.com/ericabarbosa

They key to perfect make-up is using the right tools and blend, blend, blend. The worst mistake I see on women is using the wrong shade of foundation or powder. Before you buy one, test it on your face. Try using brushes for eye-shadow and lipstick application. Avoid liquid eyeliner brushes- go for the wand. Avoid old mascara- they tend to clump and flake off. Practice makes perfect so have as much fun as you can! Use the link and read up.
