The Trans-Alaska Pipeline (the oil pipeline tha goes from Pruedoe Bay to Valdez) is controlled by a company called Alyeska Pipeline.

If you are referring to the new natural gas pipeline that might be going in...I'm not sure on that one.

Search craigslist (http://anchorage.craigslist.org/), or contact pipeline owners. Most probably ExxonMobil.
