What does it mean when someone says these phrases?
1. You can't have your cake and eat it too?
2. Do you think your meat can eat? (a girl said this to me and I'm puzzled) what she meant

Having your cake and eating it too, mean having two things that won't happen. Like having a great relationship with your girlfriend and still havinf sex with other girls, having your cake is the girlfriend and eating it too is having sex with other women at the same time. It can be used in many ways though. Having a paycheck but not going to work is having your cake and eating it too, it just doesn't happen.

The first one means you can't have everything, but the second one I have never heard and would be somewhat puzzled... I mean, meat can eat, right? LOL.

well the first ones stupid cause whats the point in having a cake if you cant eat it?
and the second one is confusing, meat dosent eat.. or at least not that i know of

I can only answer number one. Usually it means you can not have me and a norther girl Friend.or boy friend which ever sex you are.
