Uh, no, not unless you're really, really desperate at WR.
Branch doesn't yet know Seattle's offense. It will most likely take him at least a few weeks to get up to speed. He may be on the field for a few plays, but he probably won't be on the field full time. If he were, he'd probably run the wrong routes on several plays.
With someone like Branch, I'd keep him benched until he has his first solid game. After that I'd start him with confidence.

Who else do you have? Short of having a list of players out don't start him. He isn't likely to play this week without getting with the team much. Also they have a crowded chart for WR so no need to force him in yet.

I'd say no. He's not familiar with the new offense so I don't think they would throw but one or two passes to him if he even plays.
