First Aid handbooks nationwide list the proper procedures for this common injury/trauma. DO NOT PANIC, as this will only worsen the condition.
1) Support the weight of the lodged bowling ball with BOTH hands. Failure to do so will result in the tearing of the nasal tissues and cartilage.
2) Enlist the help of a friend to gently coat the point of entry of the bowling ball with petroleum jelly. It is highly advised that you coat BOTH nostrils.
3) Ask your friend to massage the bowling bowl into exiting the point of entry of your nasal cavity.
4) After successfully retrieving the lodged bowling ball, make an appointment for plastic surgery to restore the structure to the overall face.

Try vacuuming out the nasal cavity or beating it with a stick until the ball comes out.

Use astroglide. I have heard it is so slick that you can slip a bus into a doghouse with it. Much better then KY.
