China. Economically, they are the up-and-coming country with the people, the power, and the resources to knock us off our top spot on the world food chain. And every day, we are giving them more and more material with which to do it. The only reason they haven't taken over already is because of their communist governmental policies that thwart personal initiative. If China were to become a free, democratic and capitalist society, the US would suddenly become the #2 nation on earth.

I don't know if it's a country as much as an ideology of hatred toward us. So our enemy is anyone who supports groups like Al-Queda, which are primarily focused on finding new ways to attack and kill Americans. Unfortunately that enemy could be a country or even an American citizen. Scary stuff. If I had to pick then currently it would be Iran. I think Iran is more dangerous than N. Korea. Then again, China is getting awfully powerful. Hmm. Hard to choose.

American politicians. Yes I do consider them as a country because they are the country and we are the United States. Our number one enemy in the world, are the people on Capital Hill and until they are systematically replaced with regular people who love this country...none of us are safe.
