Why would we hate Canada when Canadians might be our only friends we have left?! Besides, who's flag do you attach to your baggage when traveling abroad? Now be honest. I adore Canada & her country-persons. They're like your favorite sneekers... like having them around(they're useful & convenient & won't attack us), don't have the heart to toss them out(we take them for granted they'll always be there for us), they're comfortable when you want comfort(always there when you need them & help out), they fit well(they speak English & have a similar history & culture), you can toss them aside & they never seem to get wrecked(take abuse well), can use them in any type of stormy weather(again abuse their goodness & they'll be reliable), can let the dog play with them(have fun with them & if they get hurt, they bounce back with tolerance), seem to never ware(our denile is bliss), they're good for kicking things with & our feet take no beating(blame Canada...blame Canada...), but most important, they're always there when we want to wear them(using them for our advantage is our trait & they put up with us without a fuss....or do they?), if we leave our old reliable sneekers outside or at the gym, someone might come alone & steal them or worse throw them out, then we'll grieve over our favorite shoes, thinking they were the best sneekers we ever had, & know one makes them as good any more, & we'll miss them more than we know. So perhaps we should take care of our sneekers, clean/polish them, keep them away from the dog, up off the floor in a more respectful place, admire them more often, enjoy what comfort they bring, & not praise ourselves on such a good choice of sneekers to have bought when others comment "what great shoes you have", & recognize it's the sneekers that are so great & we're priviledged to be able to have them with us most of time.
That's the way I see it anyways.

Why would somebody hate Canada? Would it be because they are the closest neighbor to the US? Canada rules, I'd move there if the nice areas weren't so expensive. The US Government should start a fund to help people that want to leave the country...besides GTMO. That's Guantanamo Bay, buddy.

I dont really hate Canada, but they have no spine.
Canadiens are really just hiding behind the USA. You dont see them sticking their noses into anything, they just sit. However when things go right, they will be the first to say they had a part in it.
Look at the positive battles of Vietnam. You will hear about the Canadien tank groups and ground forces of Da nang or Khe San.
Again, look at World War 2. The Canadien paratroopers say they had a major hand in the invasian of Normandy. Actually the 82nd and 101st airborn divisions of the USA were the pride of the paratrooping on that day.
Canadiens know if they ever get attacked we will bail them out. Remember they do have a lot of French up there!! France does the same thing. Look at World War 1, 2, and Vietnam how we bailed out France.
Do not forget what the Canadiens said about Saddamn. They said if they caught him, they would not give him to the USA, they would give him to the UN. To me that was a massive slap in the face to the USA. Also when Canada voted against the USA on the resolution to invade Iraq!!!! That was cheap and a poor slap too.

No, I like Canada. It would be my first choice for relocation if I ever moved from the U.S. Canada is beautiful and for the most part the people are nice.
