I like to use my dark eye shadow as eye liner. just take your eye shadow applicator get the tip wet, brush it a couple of times in your eye shadow and swipe it right above your lashes it give a nice soft look.

Milani Eyeliner is the best. I found it at Ulta when I was broke and looking for the cheapest eyeliner possible. I used this and was surprised because it is the best eyeliner I have ever used.

It stays on all day (no need to reapply), it doesn't run, and it goes on so smoothly! Normally I have to go over my eye lie 4 times just to see a good line when using other brands.

I highly recommend this eyeliner to anyone. It is an affordable and quality product. *There lipgloss also works well*

There is a direct link below if you want to purchase it online.

Here's one I've been using for years, and I LOVE it!...
Perfect Blend by Cover Girl. It's a small Black pencil distributed by Noxell Corporation.

Physicians Formula-Naturisitics both non animal tested and under $8.00. Gentle as well and not waterproof. Non animal testing is very important to me. Animal testing can be very cruel and hundreds of animals die daily for one product..

Some of the best are StyliStyle and Maybelline. Another great line is from E.L.F. and everything is just one dollar!

Try N.Y.C. they have liners for 0.99.

I usually rub the tip on my finger first to warm and soften it up firts. Then, it glides on smooth.
