Some ppl ... I'm sure that when they see words miss spelled that it makes them as crazy as when we see someone correcting. So we're all just annoying each other.

I was making a funny asking a question and all I got was a bunch of uppity english police. Only one person was intelligent enough to get that "ITS A JOKE" (giggle), guess the joke is on the english police who can't think outside the box.

I don't think I have a case of dyslexia, but when typing fast, sometimes my stuff looks like I have dyslexia. Speed, the need for speed ... Java ... Coffee ... Coffee Ice-cream with Java & Chocolate chunks ... Latte's ... Weeeeeeeeeeee .

PS: I've noticed that "Check Spelling" is down every other question. So yeah, it's not as easy as these ppl say; but I'm sorry 4 annoying

I have a low case of Dyslexia so i know how the people who have the major cases feel like, and no it is not right for people to be makein fun of who have the problem,
In my words "everyone has something wrong it just might be visible or not, we all have to be kind to eachother.

Only if they're in D.A.M. (Mothers Against Dyslexia), because I dislike organized groups.

Seriously, I'd probably kid with someone I *knew* was dyslexic... Just like I kid with, for example, friends with funny accents... And just like friends kid with me about, for example, my nearsightedness.

If you can't laugh at your own shortcomings, you're in for a miserable life.

As far as people misspelling words on Yahoo! Answers (or anywhere else on the WWW), there's no way of telling whether they are dyslexic or just plain dumb, or if they just made a simple typo. So, I generally don't make fun of misspellings. I mostly try to ignore them.

A misspelled word does not equal dyslexia. Besides, you can reread what you typed and the spell checker doesn't have dyslexia.

I jump on people who are being mean to other people and while they're being mean, they have several misspelled words or try to be cool by typing in shorthand that's almost unintelligible.

I will not make fun of any disability, but it makes me mad to hear someone with dyslexia say ,"I can't read" To me that is just a B.S. excuse to get someone else to pitty you. I know someone who says that phrase frequently and I have also seen him reading the paper!!! It makes me wonder if the dyslexia is just an excuse to get attention.

I knew a guy with serious dyslexia. It effected his speech also. So when we went out for drinks on Friday we would say, "Mike, say! Beer a want to get?" LOL (He got the message).
