use as much white make up as possible mixed with a cream or Vaseline. This will give you that porcelain look. cover your entire face including your eyes and lips. For your eyes use as thin a liner as you can as close to your lashes as you can. OH YEAH try to cover your lashes as well with the white. To make the look of thin sparse lashes use the tip of you mascara brush and apply the dark color to a couple of lashes leaving a 1 cm space between each lash that you cover. Pencil on a thin line just above your brow line for the eye brows. For your lips use blood red lipstick and give yourself Betty Boop lips. for eye shadow and blush use normal pink blush and apply it in a cilrcle on you cheeks but don't make it too dark or you'll look like a clown. Then foe eye shadow use a colour as natural as possible. If you want to give cracks on you fave a la bride of chuck just use black liquid liner and place them anywhere.
I did it and I won 250 bucks coming in first place at a Halloween costume party.

Look into those novelty contact lenses that make your eyes appear red.
Use black makeup on your face and body to resemble stitches. Also use it to give the appearance of dark circles under your eyes, which added to the red contacts and either naturally pale skin or white makeup has a zombie look.
Hot Topic at the local mall has adult sized "doll" dresses. Ringlets in your hair are a popular look for porcelain dolls.
If you have a strong stomach, you can get some ideas from the film "The Cell".

Did you ever hear of "Living Dead Dolls"?
I know Hot Topic has the make-up for pale skin, if not, try white or light eyeshadow. Ringlets always look good. Don't forget the tights and mary jane shoes.

Get a shiny babydoll dress with frilly's on the bottom, ripped up white tights or black and white striped, a black wig and put in into pig tails, old child looking strap dress shoes, ribbons in the hair, and ofcourse, lot's of white on the face!

You should go and buy one of those terrible dolly dresses at a thrift store and do your make up with massive eye liner to and fake eye lashes and lots of blush. That would be freaky!
