In Alabama, at what age can a person be issued a concealed weapons permit? this was on a test and I put 21 because when I looked it up on the net, that is what I found. If anyone can find out different, I kinda need to know. thank you!!

Although the age of majority in Alabama is 19, the answer to your question appears to be that the minimum age may vary by county because under Alabama law local sheriffs have the discretion to determine who will receive a permit (Section 13A-11-75, Alabama Code). For example, Shelby County uses a default age of 21 (or 19 with parental permission), while Tuscaloosa County sets the age at 19. Delivery of firearms to people under 18 is not allowed under another law, so I would think there is a definite age floor there.
