See i want to dye my hair purple the whole thing and im not very good with hair so i didnt want to get a self kit but if there easy then maybe. My mom probably wont let me and my neghbor wont because she wouldnt like it. Are they easy and how much would it cost? I live in pennsylavania. How much would it cost at walmart to?

The Walmart where I live doesn't have a salon. I don't dye my hair, but it looks like it would be pretty easy if you follow the directions if you used a self kit.

Yes walmart does dye hair the name of the hair shop is smartstyle to get your hair done it should cost like 25 dollars or maybe a little higher

well i work at a salon in walmart here in tennesse and you would have to call one of the salons there were you live to find out but we do dye hair but purple i dont know about that but call and see

No Walmart does not dye hair you best bet is to get the dye from sally's beauty supply and take it to your most trusted hairdresser for your best results.

Yes, they do sell those kits, though you might want a friend or a lot of mirrors to help you put it in and the kit would most likely be under ten dollars.

if you have blonde hair that will naturally get bleached by the particular sun in the summer. There had been this guy in my class who had golden blonde hair that has been a medium brown near the bottom part. When he came back to college after summer vacation, it was nearly platinum blonde!

Exactly why is everyone with blond, why cannot you just have jet black curly hair with some blonde or blonde curly hair with some jet black hair. Today you don't have to choose.

Walmart has NO hair salons!!!!!!!!!! also, you sound too young since you mentioned that your mother would not let you do this...so DON'T..!!!
