Total sets/matches played? Reputation of the competion?

Lets for argument sake say the prize money is NOT devidied in a ration of matches played (ie, women: fewer sets hence less money) then WHAT exactly?

And please, no arguments on "Women train just as hard hence should get equal pay", if that were true, thne Michael Spinks should be getting the sdame money as Mike Tyson: Don't know who Michael Spinks is? MY points proven... yet I bet he trains just as hard.
