Croatian Beer - Thomas Lav?

Question

We were in Croatia over the summer and my brother in law had this at a restaurant when we were in Split and said it was HIS FAVORITE BEER! I am trying to track some down for a gift for my brother in law but can't seem to find it. Anyone know what the official name is and where I could find some? We were in Split when we had it.
