Doomsday would win because he is engineered to never die and therefore won't tire out or die. He also remembers how he was beat the last time out so he won't be fooled the second time. Hulk would put up a hell of a fight, but would ultimately fail.

Now, that's a good question. They both are supposed to be able to come back stronger than before-- Hulk because he gets mad, and Doomsday because he is evolved to adapt to whatever conditions he faces. I wonder if there is an ultimate level or degree of anger...? What if Hulk just wanted to destroy the whole universe...? (Remember the time that Hulk's body was separated from banner's and Alpha Flight found it, fishing around in another dimension...?) I think that Doomsday might have an edge. If Hulk retained Banner's intellect, than he could make some sort of spacewarp that could send Doomsday into the Sun or something. But the plain old Hulk, using just anger, would eventually lose.

Doomsday. Doomsday has killed Superman and very nearly killed Darkseid. Both are among the most powerful beings in the DC Universe, so neither's a push-over. Superman has beaten the Hulk before, and Doomsday is stronger than Superman. The Hulk should put up a good fight, but he's outclassed.

In a straight up fistfight it is a wash....... if you set them both at their starting points. Doomsday as he first fought Superman and Hulk as the Savage version. The two would just smash and clobber each other, laying waste to the entire countryside. With Both of them nearly mindless it would come down to who hit hardest and most often. Who ever does that wins.
If we take them at the "hight" of their powers i give the win to Hulk. This fight would be an intelligent Doomsday with increased durability and poisonious claw verses the smart "Professor" Hulk. In this form Doomsday is an engine of destruction who is clever but still a direct fighter. The Professor Hulk is a genius... after all he might have the Hulk's massivly strong body but he has Banner's brilliant brain. With that key fact he would be able to devise a way to defeat Doomsday, or at the very least nuetralize him using a combination of brawn and brain.

Hulk wins round one and probably rounds two, three, and four, but eventually Doomsday would evolve into a form he couldn't beat.
This is assuming we are talking about the mindless Hulk. The Professor Hulk would neutralize him and stick him outside of time.

Are you people for real?
Hulk is Marvel..Doomsday is DC...
Even though it is "unlimited" Hulk does have a limit to his strength...it is 350 tons.
Doomsday rivals superman...who is capable of moving entire planets out or orbit...If you read the What if comics...tehy showed a hulk vs superman and as hulk punched away..superman stood there and said..."hmmm this guy is pretty strong"....he didn't even budge....
Doomsday would literally hurl the hulk into the sun...fight over...bye hulk...hulk dead.

When you read about Doomsday, he just gets stronger each time he gets defeated.
Hulk may get angry and stronger,
but Doomsday evolves to get more powerful. That's more than just strength!
In the end, it's Doomsday.
