I have only one stamp from my grandfather's enormous collection. It's green-ish with a moon and a star on it and it says POSTE LOCALE on the side with PARAS at the bottom, and it has, what looks like Arabic letters on the top and right side. Beside the word PARAS on the right and left is the number 20.

You could ask on the message board of the Virtual Stamp Club - www.virtualstampclub.com . You must register to ask questions, but it is free, and you can even post a scan of the stamp there.

You will have trouble finding info online - sounds like the stamp is foriegn. Take it to a stamp shop and ask, but don't be suprised that it is not worth much (<50 cents)
