If the Avatar picture looks like the person who is writting the questions? I do. My avatar looks like me, thats why I chose this one.

Yeah, I wondered that too. But with all the avatar options, there was nothing there that really looked like me so, I got it as close as possible. But their could be people who only choose an avatar based on how they wish they looked like. So there is always a 50-50 chance if anyone looks like their avatars. (I'm guessing on that percentage.)

Yes, of course ...it would be interesting to have a question that basically asked ..respond with links to your avatar and a real picture of yours, to find out what percent of the people on Y! Answers pick avatars close to what they look and what percentage pick avatars completely unlike what they look in real life.

Yeah my avatar with red hair looks just like what I looked like before I darkened my hair. I make that same face too all the time...lol

If we all looked like are avatars, there would be a lot of identical people in the world. You really cant get specific except for hair color and length, and skin tone.

My avatar almost looks close to me except that my face is a little bit larger (not in proportion, tho) than the pic.

Many people try to make is look similar to their face. Mine is somewhat like me. But not the face or facial shape or eyes.
