I took some time to do additional research but here is the best known information about arachnid flatulence (spider farts):
The "barking spider" is a myth. Most spiders inject a digestive fluid into their prey and as a consequence, consume most of their meals as a liquid diet with little or no solids being ingested.
What very little gas is produced in their digestive tract seems to diffuse out of the alimentary canal without "flatulence."

I'm guessing they can. I mean, digested gasses have to go SOMEWHERE. I got my brother this t-shirt that had a cartoon drawing of a spider with little noise lines coming out of his mouth and a fart cloud shooting out his butt. The shirt was titled "Barking Spider" My brother really likes that shirt. Lol!

I would imagine so as spiders are living organisms and all living organisms excretate!
