She quit. Seriously, she and the producers of the show couldn't agree on something (it was either on entertainment tonight or the insider, or inside edition over this past summer), so she basically told them "kiss my..." (I think that was a direct quote)

So unless another network hires her, you will only catch her in Tyler Perry's movies!

Let me tell you what happened to ol' Judge Mayblean...according to her that is...

She was basically let go, according to her, over her hair, which essentially equated to m oney. In the previous seasons, she donned a wig, which, DUH, was very simple upkeep...she didn't really have to have a stylist and it cut back on time needed before the show. Well the judge decided that she wanted to switch hairstyles, that was not a wig, and the network, did not want to pay for the added upkeep of the new 'do. I'm sure that there were some other issues that occured between the network and the judge, but it ultimetaly came down to a hairy situation...pun intended!

I was wondering the same thing myself, I stayed home from work yesterday and happened to watch divorce court but couldn't figure out why Judge Mayblean wasn't there. I don't care for the new Judge.

I miss her too! It's horrible I know, but I've never laughed sooo hard at divorcing couples and it was mostly the Judge's reaction to them that got me going. I have divorced myself from the show!

It's to bad that they let her go. Judge Mayblean was great. The new judge is very boring. Big mistake!

they did no longer renew her settlement. She replaced into cool, humorous and did no longer take no mess from all and dissimilar. i do no longer in trouble-free terms like the dissimilar court docket shows that are on now. they look somewhat pretend. i'm bored with decide Judy so i do no longer watch court docket shows anymore.
