No. It means you'll have to use your cell phone provider's mobile internet service to use it. I.e. if you have sprint, you'll have to pay sprint to use the mobile web.
With wi-fi, you'd use a hotspot or public network or home network-- only if you're near some sort of publicly accessible internet. Cell phone carriers internet can be used anywhere.

If your phone doesn't have wifi you can still browse if you have a service provider and a compatable phone. If you have a digital or analog phone you're sol. And it's time to upgrade.

NO.....u can browse it but ur career will provide u the service and charge u and u can access the internet anywhere...the wifi is not supported by ur career and it's free but to access the wifi the place u r in should support this
