Eggs (ova) are not made in the female human.
At birth, the ovaries have within them all of the eggs a woman will ever carry.
Men make sperm daily, women do not make eggs, you are born with them. You release 1 (sometimes more, sometimes none) each month after menarche (the start of your periods) through menopause.

Do NOT trust your answers based on the most votes for the ovaries.
As at least three people have answered, the ovaries do not PRODUCE the eggs. They simply mature in the ovary until they are released (one at a time) into the fallopian tube and carried to the uterus.
Eggs are developed, along with the rest of the cells in the body while the fetus grows in the mother's womb. As those three people say, when the baby girl is born, she already has, within her, all the eggs she will ever have.
Shame on the rest of you for giving out the wrong answers!

Eggs are found in the ovaries, and a female is born with a predetermined number of eggs, that is to say, a female can't grow more eggs, but has only the eggs that are already in the ovaries.

They are not produced but tored in the ovaries on either side of the uterus as a woman is born at birth with all the eggs she will ever need, they are released at random during a menstrul cycle, (about 10-14 days before a period begins) they travel down the filopian tube into the uterus.

Women have two ovaries about the size of a walnut on either side of their pelvis. These are connected to the fallopian tubes which allow the ovum to travel into the uterus. The ovum or eggs are produced in the follicles in the ovaries which when prompted by hormones release the eggs.

They aren't "made" anywhere, since by the time they are born, females already have stored in the ovaries as many eggs (ova) and more than they will ever need for life.
They become "sticky" and less healthy when you reach your mid thirties, so it's best to become pregnant between ages18 and 25, when you and your ova are at your healthiest!

Eggs are made in the ovaries. Every month one or more is released and travels down the fallopian tubes to the uterus, where it might be fertilised by a sperm to create a zygote, which can then implant into the uterine wall and develop into a foetus, which is born and is a baby.

Eggs are not made, you are born with a certain amount. They are "stored" in the ovaries. When you have released all your eggs throughout your life. You become menopausic. Fun!

the eggs are made in the ovaries - a female is born with all the eggs she will release over her life - they will then develop at a rate of one a month from puberty until 50ish - whats left will not develop
