Is there anyway that I can change this without having to create a new email?

What are you using for email? If you're using Outlook Express go into Tools > Accounts - Select the Mail Tab, and then the account in question. Select Properties. Change the Name to what you think it should be.
If you're using a web based mail client, just click on the account options.

Either your Dad is logged on in Outlook, or he is set up as the account holder. If you both have accounts in Outlook, just log off and sign in under your own name before sending an e-mail.

You are sending through his email...you will have to make your own if you want your own name.

eveidently your dad signed up for the account. you'll have to change it over to your name.
