it takes more than just clearing history
which is what most people think is the solution
do the following and you will have no worries
open your browser
click tools up top
click internet options
click clear history
change the days to keep history to 0
click delete files
click settings change the amount of disk space to use to 1mb
click ok
now click the content tab
click auto complete
click clear forms
then where it says use autocomplete for uncheck all the things you dont want your browser to store.
that way you wont have to keep going back and clearing things out. good luck

Many spyware/adware programs include the option to scan for usage tracks. One such program is Spybot S&D. Deleting these usage tracks will remove all stored info about where you've been and what you've been typing into various parts of Windows.

Let me advise you that given 5 minutes on your computer, i can come up with every website you have ever visited (assuming you haven't done a secure format), the evidence can never be deleted (short of 7 hard formats)

Clear out your recently viewed document in the properties of your task bar. Your run history will be erased also.
