Enjoy your vacation hopefully i'll see you there :)
all in all i spent 150 for the cruise 80 bucks to parasail and i stayed in florida at my brothers house for free i think your biggest expense will be wining and dining

Come to Barbados. It is the most easterly of the caribbean islands and a truely beautiful island(not just because I was born here) if you like to party, you'll definately enjoy it; and then there's the beaches, and the restaurants and whatever else, try it. Otherwise you might like Antigua, also in the Caribbean, lovely place, I am thinking of moving there myself, cheaper prices(US$1=EC$2.75), nice inexpensive and all-inclusive hotels, easy car rentals, amazing food, beautiful beaches, friendly people, the works, I love Antigua, come to think of it.....why did even mention Barbados in the first place????
Barbados is for high-end people - it is just too expensive, trust me, I know.
Or if you are truely adventureous and you like nature you must go to DOMINICA (not to confused with the Dominican Republic),this place is the perfect place to both relax and go on adventures, hiking, diving, whale watching, rafting, Dominica it called the Nature Isle Of The Caribbean, and is truely an escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
These are all english speaking islands of course although you might find some of the dialects a little difficult to understand at first.

If you want to really have fun, go to the Philippine Islands.
Places to visit are Bagio City, Manilla, and Leyte Island.
Most people there speak English, so getting around is not a problem. It's a beautiful country.
Here are some of the sites to go see:

You will love the Jeepney rides and don't miss your chance to ride a water buffalo, (carabou). Get some good Lumpia and pansit to eat along with many other native foods. How about beautiful hand taylored cloths for about half what it cost for store bought cloths here in the U.S.

I had a friend just get back from cancun and if you go on an all inclusive vacation to a resort your meals and some other things are included like spaa and tours. You should look into it by searching it in the travel section of Yahoo or even expedia.com. You will need a passport though.

Most places speak English now. Try Rome. I went white water rafting in Montana and, I loved it what a rush. Also I always wanted to hot air ballooning but, never got the chance yet. look at some travel .com sites maybe. I always try to go fishing on my birthday. Alaska has some huge fish. Great fun.

Maybe consider joining a tour group. It's a great way to see a country, yet still not feel alone and vulnerble while travelling to an unfamiliar country. I had a friend who travelled to Europe a lot and she highly recommended tour groups. Ask around for a good one, visit a travle agent or check on-line.

Any of the Carribean islands, any place that was a British colony. I have a friend who lives in Guyana, and she says its gorgeous this time of year, and English is its major language. Just don't expect to be treated better because you are American, though

you should circulate some place heat the place there's a sea coast. My son enjoyed the sea coast while he became that age. Corpus Christi or some place like that ought to be a blast. Plus that is going to likely be a transformation from February climate (except you reside some place like that already!)

I think you should go on one of the Mexican cruises. They travel to all of the 'touristy' places in Mexico and you will meet TONS of people on the ship, who will all most likely speek english. Here is an example of a nice one: http://www.carnival.com/Region_Detail.aspx?subRegionCode=MR

Good luck and have fun!

When next month? It may be too late for this, but-----pull up singles travel clubs on the Net, and see if any of them have ''last minute'' trips. They often do. There will be alot of unattached people there.
