We are all caught in a world of rushing. Now have you ever felt the rain on your skin and actually smiled and not skreaming: "s*h*t my selphone is getting wet! Have you ever felt the wind in your hair, and loving it! have you ever felt free and over happy. Have you ever walked in a forest or garden not thinking of tomorrow or what you still have to do but to just thinking for now! Walking around the house barefoot and singing with a cup dangiling in your hand in the mornig, just loveing it!!

Have you ever sat back and watched the world turn and you just smileing back at it and loving to be you, to be free.

Have you breathed!!!

This was a great rhetorical question!

It really got me thinking that I need to do this. In fact, I suppose if each of us even tried to do this, our world would be a lot nicer place.

Thanks for that question/statement--I hope a lot of people read it!

I cant remember the last time, I felt like i had no worries, I cant remember the last time Iwalked in the rain and enjoyed it as i did when i was a kid, now it seems all i worry about is my hair getting frizzy.

I have sometimes forgotten about everything, and just enjoyed who i am but, it's been a while.

Yes I did. When I was a kid like you with no responsibilities. Now I have two little ones to care for, a household to keep, a very, very full schedule that barely permits me time to pee by myself, no less "breathe". Enjoy it now while you can, sweetheart and don't get judgemental of me and my kind when we're in a hurry. You'll get there too. In the meantime, you might want to chill out on the E. It's bad for you.

Why yes I have! All the time. I like not getting caught up in the world. It is relaxing to just observe. But, most people like the hustle-bustle of the world, and that is not wrong either. That is their preference. We have ours, they have theirs, niether good nor bad. just is.

Good question, it is easy to get so caught up in the busyness and business of life and all its sh*t worries that we/you/I forget to enjoy life, you only have to zoom out and realise that you're a speck in the universe who is mortal and things come into focus again......
