Definitely worms of some kind - maybe pin worms (or whatever they call them where you are).

it might of just crawled in there during the night or he might have a worm problem but usually when kids have worms they are white and really skinny and pointy. (pin or tape worms)

yep..heard of it and it doesnt look good...check your kid to ur GP asap tomorrow morning! dont leave it too long...you know its not normal to have black worm on his nappies!
