If you find that this is not due to sweltering heat or anxiety, you can see your doctor and ask if he/she can give you something. In the mean time you should try to wear cotton bottoms and loose fitting underwear or boxers. Try putting powder along the areas where you find odor coming from. Also, if you have time, I would suggest that you wash yourself at least 3-4 times during the day. (Not a full bath/shower, just that area in particular.)

Shower. Use some sort of body powder. Arm & Hammer will get rid of odor.

take showers and be sure to completely dry the area.... Don't use baby powder that makes the smell worse... They do have sprays and powders for men that should help control the odor... You could also try putting some good smelling lotion on the area...
