In medieval times would a woman get any say in who she got to marry?

Depends on the country and the family. Often in the influential classes marriages were arranged, and the higher up the sociopolitical ladder the less say the actual couple involved had. In the "lower" classes, though, people were often allowed more leeway for emotional attachment. Some cultures, such as Wales, had laws saying a woman couldn't be forced to marry against her will, others didn't.

Sadly most often no. Unless the parent really loved the child. Woman were expected to do what they were told with no independance. Men ruled the world then. Stinks huh. Least Queen Elizabeth the First got to rule her fate despite the fact her advisors said get married. Yes it would be arranged with the groom or with the grooms parents. Often old geezers married young ladies. Ugh. It's disgusting to think about. I weren't want to be forced marrying a forty something year old at my age.

I think the parents made those decisions for the woman, all I can say is thank god I didn't live in those days as I dread to think who my father would have selected for me.

Hell yeah! Only the rich or royalty might force their daughter (or son) to marry someone for political or monetary reasons though.
