I heard that lemons lighten freckles and age spots.
how would you apply this? does it work?

It works wonders...but only if you are diligent, you have to use it every day...twice a day...what I like to do is mix fresh squeezed lemon juice with a plain unscented lotion...and rub on daily. Also if you have dry cracked feet...soak your feet in lemon juice once a week and keep them moisturized...you will be amazed at the results.

You have to be very careful about this one, as leaving it on for too long can irritate your skin, cause redness, tightness, and dryness. Leave it on for no longer than 10 minutes, and moisturise the area after that. Wear a sunblock, perhaps.
And, yes, lemons do really lighten freckles and age spots and everything in between.

Lemons lighten your hair but I do not know about skin,try some of the over the counter fading creams at your local drug store I think you would have better luck.

Probably. Rub the fresh juice on the spot and go in the sun. It's a fruity light citric acid dermabrasion, without the abrasion. Lightens your hair too.

No, that is an old wives tale.
The best way is to stay out of the sun, or use hat's, long sleeves and/or tons of sun screen.
They are caused by excess sun and will only lighten when you deny them the light.

You just scrub it. It lightens your skin. Because it is bleach. I dont know that it gets rid of freckles and stuff.

I know it lightens hair so most likely it will lighten freckles too.

ive heard the same and have seen results on my friend...you should try it especiallly on pimples and freckles
just cut lemon in half and squeeze it on your face
try ashe skin whitening creams they have creams for anything...freckles, pimples, age spots...etc.
