Is there ever going to be a time when people won't vote straight ticket and will vote solely on the issues? Will America ever have more than a handfull of indipendents on capital hill???

I have never voted straight ticket in my life! I think that would be doing a great injustices! I vote on the issues, the quality and reputation of the individual who is running, and when I'm divided, like if both have things to offer to mean something..I just go with my gut feeling!

I never vote straight party lines, although, I am registered to a certain party. I always go over each and every candidates knowledge of the issues. I vote for the person who I think will make the best decisions, for our country. The main issue, right now, is to protect our country and the citizens of the United States. Please get out and vote, in the next election, it is your duty, as an American citizen, to VOTE!!
Thank You!!
