everytime i wake up in the mornin my nose is stuffy and i can hardly breath, any suggestions on how to cure such annoyance?

I sneeze alot more around the house than i do in public...has to be the air filter in the house or somethin, yeah u right

Clean your house more often and go to see doctor for the checkup. You might have some virus in system so that your immune is so weak

Do you have asthma? Do you have allergies? Do you sleep with a fan blowing on you? Do you smoke? Do you work in an enviorment where their is dirt/dust/pollutants in the air? Are you in an older home that is dusty? Need more information to help.

Buy some nasal strips to wear during your sleep. You might also adjust the temp on your air conditioner.

Since I can't see you I can't tell you what is wrong. I'd suggest to set up an apt with a nose specialist in your area you might have an sinsus infection.

Your probably allergic to something in you house if you sneezing more at home than any where else.
