Either (CITB) Construction Industry Training Board;

(HSE) Health and Safety Excecutive;

(HMSO) Her Majesty Stationary Office, but you will probably have to pay a nominal fee.

Have you been to the Library they have computer programe called Librus that maybe able to track it down for you. Hve you tried looking on line? Good luck.

My hubby had all these but they are all out of date now, and he cannot remember where he got them from.
