Hi, I know HTML, JavaScript and Flash also Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks and CorelDraw. I am not that efficient in actionscript, don't have any idea of ASP, PHP, JSP or for that matter any coding language.
Now, when u know my profile, what should be my salary demand?

Dear lady. Plz don't mind. Probably the others are simply Joking. I believe to get that kind of salary u must know very good java and also some J2ee. And the methods they suggested to get a highly paid job are not going to work either. The recruiters are not fools, nor they pay those who don't know any coding. My suggestion is stick to your present job, see the profiles the good companies ask for, and work hard to learn java. U can definitely learn java on your own. Buy a nice book, take someones help to install J2SE and go forward. When u have learned it thoroughly, switch to a suitable job. Apart from HTML and javascript what u know at present is to use a few tools. Forgive me for being honest. I never wanted to hurt u. I wanted u 2 face the reality.
