The collective noun for Gorillas is a 'cartload'.
Monkeys can be anything from a 'bounce' in the case of Sargossa's Monkey to a 'spindle' of Barbary Apes.
Capuchin's used to be referred to as a 'drum' but more recently this has been changed to a 'fleck' to avoid confusion with percussives and oil-related subjects.
I hope this clarifies the matter.
Good luck!
