Well, I'm sure you know who the stars are so here are some sleepers you can maybe scoop in later rounds:
Patrice Bergeron, BOS
Rick Nash, CLB (injured much of 05/06)
David Vyborny, CLB (more ice time with no Zherdev)
Jussi Jokinen, DAL (no Guerin = more ice time)
Mikael Samuelsson, DET (no Shanny = more ice time)
Nathan Horton, FLA
Mike Cammalleri, LA
Alexnader Frolov, LA (I expect a big season from him now)
Marian Gaborik, MINN (star but now with friend and center Pavol Demitra on team and Lemaire says he'll open up the O...I'll believe it when I see it but you cannot go wrong with Gaby)
Micahel Ryder, MTL
Scott Hartnell, NASH (Walker traded so expect his ice time to go way up)
Patrik Elias, NJ (injured much of last season)
Evgeni Malkin, PITT (if you can get him...he'll go early)
Steve Bernier, SJ
Martin St-Louis, TB (bounceback yr)
Brendan Morrison, VAN (was playing injured in 05/06)
Markus Naslund, VAN (bounceback yr...not really a sleeper though)

Avoid guys who moved in off-season now matter the hype and talent. Takes time to adjust to new city, schools for kids, teammates, coaches, etc. Pick them in yr. 2.

Avoid any Gilligan's Islanders!

In a way - hate to say it - if you're the only girl and you want to kick the *** of the guys then you shouldn't want to ask help from guys - BUT - "chivalry" is not yet dead ;-) so -

Ilya Kovalchuk
Eric Staal
Alexander Ovechkin
Nicklas Lidström, if you must choose a defenseman

are guys I would choose.
