If someone writes you on MySpace asking you if you wanted to **** sometime and your 16 years of age or older, is this grounds for sexual harassment? Is there anyway I could get this person put in jail or sue them?

Pervs and MySpace have been in the news a lot. I'd report him to MySpace and to your local Police Department. Maybe they can set up a sting and nab this weirdo.

You cant sue them, you can have them go to jail though, the retard who said something about "suing" them is a retard. Where is a kid going to find the money? And you and your parents can go to the police providing you can figure out who this dude/woman is. Id suggest responding, get as much info as possible and go to the police.
